He's in Ghostworld.
I didn’t find Ghostworld on the map.
The entrance to Ghostworld is in Caerworn Castle, a mirror.
I found that and am told I have explore the castle more- is there another hidden area?
The mirror won't let you in unless you have the Cursed Figurine. Examine a brown cabinet in the scullery. You'll need Strength greater than 75.
I have strength of 126 and it still won’t open.
You also need the quest investigate the hauntings from Johnnie in the castle. Make sure you talk to everyone in the castle.
I was certain I had- where is this Johnnie?
First thing I do is cover the entire area.
Johnnie's door is to the left of Lady Emilia.
He asks me to check for haunting. I still can’t open the closet.
Are you sure you are tapping on the correct cabinet? There are two. Otherwise you may already have gotten the Cursed Figurine. You can't sell it.
The other cabinet requires the quest Lost Folio and you get the folio Lady Emilia is looking for. If you already got it, nothing will happen.
Keep in mind there are also two mirrors. Makecsure you are at the right one.
