Can't Finish?
Ok. The chests are delivered, receipts handed over. Coat of Arms is up, the new wing built, everything turned in to Old Shaman and the Lord's and Ladies of both castles. I've delivered cake. Feud is over and it seems like I've solved the whole business.
But I still have the Stone Folio quest and when I talk to Sheets he doesn't do anything. What am I missing? I know I need to get to the Eternal Rest quest but can't seem to trigger it.

Information for people who can't continue: talk to the spider to continue the quest.

Sheets is missing and I have no idea were to find him.
If you've gotten that far, he's locked up in the Tower of Ghouls.
How to clear the Eternal Rest quest? I’ve restored the coat of arms, ended the feud, received my key to my room, fixed the stairs to my room, no other quests are unfinished (except Prize Horn)… but still Lord Sheets is not satisfied :(
Aha, I think now I found out what I still needed to do: talk to the goddess and receive some gifts. With these gifts in my inventory, I was able to put Lord Sheets at ease!
