Vitek, Dovalil, Overseer: Is a correct solution possible?

I'm not looking for the answer to the riddle of who did it, I would ONLY like to know if it's actually solvable without the INT stat penalty.

Would really appreciate and "yes" or "no" to this question.

    This is Martelius' dungeon so I'm not that familiar with how things go. Where do you get the INT stat penalty. Looking just at the Overseer's dialogue, it doesn't happen there no matter who you choose but you do lose a lot of fame if you choose him.

    This is the HD version?

    Yes, the HD version and to clarify, it's once you've selected the murderer and are whisked away to speak with Ancient Knight.

    I've run through it multiple times and have always lost 4 INT (and fame decrease). Again, just curious if there is any another outcome. If there is, then I'll keep working at it but if not, I'll move on.

    Finally got through this, so, if anyone else is curious, you can solve the murder correctly.
