Disable the portals
I have this quest from Darkstare in the Circus; I have been throughout the Shadows of Blood area, and around the perimeter of the city. Any hints as has to complete this are greatly appreciated. I used the spell Nihik Slumber as well.

You need to know that spell and have the quest from Darkstare, Remove the Portals.
I've got the quest from Dakstare and the spell, I just can't figure out where to use it.
