Where do i find tinder?

You can buy it from shopkeepers who sell normal miscellaneous items, like Fiebold the Innkeeper.

Where is fiebold at? I cant find him. Ive slept cycled through several innkeepers and cant get tinder.

Fiebold is on Pogan Island, Aunt Muffin in Miller Village sells it as well.
