Where is the Egg Poisoner?

I've been looking around and I saw the other post where the other player found the Egg Poisoner but I can't seem to find them. I've already looked south of the Key Shopkeeper as per the other post. Can someone post a picture or something?

    Hi, Cat. I've seen the owl and been talking to it. Its the one who keeps talking about repellent, right? That's all I get from it.
