How to complete Sonjya Trading Post Quest

I have the quest to not get Swindled by Sonjya. I've worn all my enchanted +Mind Magic, Persuade, Personality and Appraisal Gear before Posting, but she just keeps asking for Money without any changes. Help, Cat?

Almost done with the expansion.

Also, is the Cure Your Illness Quest still broken for min-maxed characters? Thanks.

    You need a coin from Freymore and Appraise greater than 90.
