Can’t find Dr. Aloy or Kan-Laon

in Mithril Horde I

In the volcano area there is a hole in the center of a square place on the map. I can’t enter that. I’m wondering if that is where I need to go to finish these quests. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Yes, but you need the quest Lost Prophecy to enter--For Old Shaman, Mapmakers' Guild, Pontiniakh Inner City, go to the heart of the volcano in the north and find the Lost Prophecy.
