Trials not torture

There is a gate in the far north that requires a key. I have through this whole map, yet I did not come across it. Just past the gate there appears to be a switch. Any help is appreciated.

This gate is in the Northwest area of the map, close to one that is in the mid north that does not open.

Not all gates require a key. Maybe hit some neighboring walls. If it does require a key, the key is there, possibly on a candle.

Thanks again Cat.
