Cure Princess

Have killed Bethlusaa but when I talk to the Princess, can’t seem to cure her. Please help!

    I have the quest from the king to cure her, I have the potion from the swamp, I flipped the switches to the east of the force field, but I still get a message that perhaps I need to do something and have a certain quest. I thought this was my last quest. Please help. Thanks

    The two levers on the right as you face north should be on. The two levers on the left should be off. See if that helps. Then tap the wall of force.
