Helheim's Navel: Odds First Then Evens

Fantastic expansion. I'm really enjoying it.
One question - is there ever a confirmation that you did the puzzle correctly with the Odds First Then Evens puzzle? It seems straightforward, but I don't know if I actually got it. I noticed a hidden button nearby, but it seems to just be for convenience in switching the levers back to Up position.
Wait a minute... Yep, figured it out.
The button is important.
