Treasure chests
I’ve collected a number of treasure chests throughout the expansion that are indicated as quest items. I found in one case a locksmith had dialogue to open one chest, but I still have 9 more and can’t seem to find anyone to open them or otherwise accept them. Is there somewhere specific to take these chests?

Usually Kindo the Keymaker will offer to open a chest if they are openable. But a lot of chests are just quest items and you can't open them. They're just to solve quests and sometimes, because people are always losing things, I put in more than one.
If you tell me the name of a particular chest, I might be able to give you a better idea. But if Kindo doesn't offer to open them or if you can't sell them at shops that sell miscellaneous items, they're just souvenirs.
