Protective Cloak (HD Version)

I read something in the FAQ about a protective cloak on St. Kilda's Island that can protect against the various diseases you seem to get inflicted with when you go into the cave. However, I cannot seem to figure out how to get said cloak. How does one do this so as to avoid getting Loss Of and the two diseases you get while walking through the dungeon?

    There is only one cloak that protects against any diseases and that is Moti's Cape which gives protection 50% against Gehenna Fever and 50% against Hades Itch. Moti sells it for 50000 gold. Moti is on St. Kilda's Island.

    However, you can only get that dialogue to buy it if your level is 30 or less.
