I'm working on the Unite the Bulls quest and don't know where to get the Sword of Retribution. What did I miss?

Thanks

Macha gives you the Sword of Retribution you need to slay the bulls if you bring her her tears.

    Remind me... where's Macha? :)

    Thanks!

Smart me: I'll write on the the map with Macha's temple. Maybe some day I'll be back at Wailing Point or near by to see that note....

Not so smart me: I won't bother to set a mark, even though I have like 30 slots available.

Anyway, I've got my sword now :)
