In the Forgotto Grotto there is a door behind the Smiths that indicates a quest is required to enter this. Just curious which quest this is, and who to get it from.

The quest is Steal Kozney's Stars:

For N’raat the Thief, Forgotto Grotto, search Sisay the Smithy’s basement for a chest holding two diamonds known as Kozney's Stars. Steal them and bring them to him for a special reward.
