Presuming what I need is this Scroll of Revealing, I see it in my inventory, but it won't display on the scroll activate screen.
Am I missing something here?

If you mean the Froth Swamp Witch, she's in the Great Froth Ridge. South of Bubble City Backwater. Walk around by the brown walls there.
