Honx is not in the guild- I went in every door.
I recall I met him after I got the stones, but he didn't take them.
He is right there in the Cheesemakers' Guild near the shelf in the southwest. He takes them if you have all three.
His door is to the left of the armorer.
He says summoning a thunder god was a surprise.
If he says that, he shoukd have taken the stones and given you a reward. You can't get anything more from him.
Okay, well I'll just dump the stones outside Honx's door and he can get them if he wants.
