For the testimony, CFSDoc tells you, "You will have to find the Dragon Clan Leader. Some say he can be found on the Island of Tyrryffa. Captain Mac in Port of Cheddar could take you there."
An Honorary Doctorate you can buy in a book shop if you camp out long enough.
Okay, I am on the island but no one else is there.
When you get the quest from cfsdoc to restore Beamkiller's courage, he opens a hole there.
