I finally met Ivan Prince but...(spoiler)

I earned knights of sword and opened the last door there is Prince Ivan, but...

He just is saying
Blood... and he looks terrible.

What should I do ? I cured him and I talked other NPC, but he does not move.

    If you cured him-gave him Live Water, he should have teleported you to the Cave of the Ascetics. It worked for me. Go there and see if he's there. If he's not there, come back.
