Last Shapeshifter in Troll Witch Domain

I have tried everything but cannot make a dent in its health. I guess I don’t have to kill it, but don’t understand why I can’t, because I killed the other one. This one is in the room I’m jumped to after trying to cross the footbridge. Any clues? Playing stand alone game, level 13.

I tried to upload a screenshot but looks like it failed.

    You can only kill that with the Shapeshifter's Curse Sword. You can get that weapon from one of the green skull wall decorations in the room where you landed in the Troll Witches' Domain.

    How do you get across the bridge?

    Go as far as you can on the southwest side of the room where where a pit separates you and you should cross.

    I also am stuck. I know I got across on my lap top and forgot. I go to the spit to south of bridge and it sends me to other corner but same side of bridge.
