I have no clue how to get into the bunker in green fairies' moor. I finished the game some time ago. What am I missing?

You need the Bandit's Key. You get that as a reward for doing the Hanged Bandit's quest: For the Hanged Bandit, Emain Macha Fort -1st Floor, bring him a rope. And here is where he is.

Ah. I didn't do that quest on purpose. Dang it! Now I will have to decide. Thank you for clearing it up for me :)
