Find the sword

in Hero of Lukomorye IV

I really have no idea how to solve this which is the last quest on my list before I embark for the lair of the Deathless... Belomor doesn't say much and no information is on the quest log either. Help!

    He tells you Baba Yaga might give you a hint and she does. You won't find the sword until you get to Kozney's Castle. But the one who holds the sword is very close to him.
