Infernal Breath Quest
I got all the items on the shelf/altar in Peklo, which I assume included the Infernal Breath spell book for Sphinx. Since I no longer have the spell book, I must have sold it. I thought perhaps the shelf/altar would reset after seven days, so I slept at an inn for eight, but no luck. The monsters in Peklo all respawned, so I know I waited long enough. Is there any way to complete this quest?

Samena sells it but you might have to camp out outside her shop. It's appearance is rare. She's in Seversk.
