I’ve finished the game except for this one quest. Where do I need to go to get news about Sadko?

You need to talk to Tzar Moreh but he won't release Sadko unless you help him:

'Free Sadko? Are you crazy? My daughter Marya's wedding is soon and she deserves the best music available. Talking about the wedding, I have an errand for you to run. Go to the Black Smoker in his lounge here and convince him to give up smoking during the wedding. The water in my palace is spoiled because of his puffs. You can reach his quarters through the stairway to your right.'

Do that for him and you should be able to free Sadko.

Tzar Moreh is in his castle in the Underwater Kingdom.

Thank you so much! I’ve finished all the HD expansions and am looking forward to the next one. I know it’s a lot of hard work, but I really appreciate your efforts.
