Some people have had trouble finding this wall that let's you into area where Dr. Vlad is. See pic. Cast unlock at the wall.

    Yeah but hiw do youopen the gate? Ok found.
    But.. it says i must do something before i can go down the hole...what?

    You have to have solved the quest Find Kozney's Death and you have to solve the quest Find Dr. Vlad--hint--look for a red pool on the floor to the south.
