Deliver Plans Quest / Unknown Island

BlueWeaselBlueWeasel
in Hero of Lukomorye IV

I've finished all Hol 4 quests except this one and the Awaken Bogatyrs (pkssible bug).

I can't seem to find the "Unknown Island". I'm in the Home of the Ferry man as the quest notes specify, but there is no exit.

There was also a bug where there was never a scroll in the Home of the Ferry an to help with the cryptogram puzzle.

Great game and thanks for any help.
