Den of Darkend - Sphere puzzle

Supposedly this "removes a wall" but what is the sphere puzzle? I haven't seen any text or signs - there's just a sphere that sits there. I've tried a couple of spells on it but I'm at a loss!

    There are three spheres in a room.

    Aha I'm not there yet! I'm looking at a green and purple sphere north-ish of the entrance, past a door at what looks like a bit of a dead end.

    I think I'm currently blocked from proceeding by a pit.

    JohnDoe when he gave you the quest set hidden that wall with the white dot. You should explore beyond that wall and you won't be blocked.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
