Air Jinn's

Can't find a Sword that works on these. The Air Jinn's book says that some of the Air Jinn's can only be dealt with, with a breezy sword. Does this sword have a specific name? Can it be bought in shops on this map?
What spells work on these Jinn's?

It can't be bought in a shop and no spells work on these Jinns. You need the Breezy Sword. It's on the shelf when you first enter the Air Jinns' place. Shelf is to the south.

    Does this item respawn?

Items on shelves don't respawn. I'll do an update so you can buy it from Hamid the Smith but you might have to camp out until it appears in his inventory.
