Kill the four horde leaders.

Ronak miners guild "kill the 4 horde leaders", is this a completely separate from kill hemma royde. I assumed pursuing Hemma royd weould satisfy this. I have completed all main quests except the 4 leaders. Any hint appreciated TIA

That's a separate quest. There are four Horde Leaders in the Core City after you talk to Ronak. Did you talk to Ronak? You won't see them unless you accept his quest.

I have talked to Ronak. Traveled around at night in Core City. No appearance. Traveled outside Core City and explored adjacent areas for horde camp. Nothing.
