Looking for 10 bags of Live Water. It's the last ingredient I need to finish this quest.
The quest is for Droid229 in the Lost Colony Memorial area of the map.
I've tried the create food spell also, but don't seem to be having much progress with it.

You don't need Live Water, you just need pure water, not Rasvim water. You can buy water.

Do potion shops sell it? I tried sleeping and checking the shops too.

Inns usually sell it. It's just plain old water. Any fountain not a Rasvim fountain gives it every seven days for free. The Core City has such a fountain- red fountain in the middish west.
