Can’t enter titanium mines

I have the miners axe class one, two, and three but still can’t get past the dialogue box saying to read the sign. I’ve been experiencing glitches surrounding the main games global system and having too many expansions enabled, but I don’t know if this is related to that or if there’s something I need to do before I can get into the mines. Something with the miners guild maybe?

Edit: Also wondering the same thing regarding the fires outside of the gold mine. I have snowballs and have tried standing in all the spots surrounding both fires and nothing happens.

You can't enter the Titanium Mines unless you have Pwn2own's quest. He's in the guild.

Tom Greenie outside the Gold Mines will put out those fires if you do something for him.

Okay! I’ll get on it. Glad to know it’s not the expansion issue. Thank you!
