Where is Tzar Moreh’s castle?

My last quest is to take the cookbook to Tzar Moreh’ chef. I have the book. I can’t find the castle or the chef.

You get there from the lower southeast of the Underwater Kingdom. There is a gate for which you need the key. That's on the ground in the midwest. The chef Olivier is in the castle.

Thanks so much Cat. That was the one place I hadn’t looked. It couldn’t possibly be in the sea. Lol. Sand castles.
