Can’t get the quest to get the cloak from the fairy to get into Rathcrogan
I seem to be at a holt in the game and can’t get any further Cathbad won’t give me any more dialog and a quest to progress and do the quests in Rath Croghan

You can't get that quest from Cathbad unless you have the quest Seek Wisdom: For the Witch Oracle, Oracle's Grove, seek the Wizard Cathbad's wisdom on how to teleport the two bulls to the Arena of Bulls.
I tried to talk to the witch in black to get a quest also king Connor and nothing happens? I’ve also done the 5 offers quest near the witch in black too so don’t know what to do they seem to not be giving me any further dialog
Also I can’t get through the door to the oracle
What is the name of the witch in black and where is she?
To get through the door to the Oracle you need the Oracle Key. You get that from the Witch Oracle if you have Persuasion of at least 95 and the Chest of Gold.
The witch in black doesn't give you a quest, just the key to get to the Witch Oracle in her grove.
You should get the quest Consult the Witch Oracle from King Connor. You won't get anything else from King Connor until you do that.
King Connor won’t give me any dialog for that? I can get into his castle but he won’t give me a quest. The guard still says I don’t have the right papers but I can still get in castle.

I think maybe I deleted the papers to get into the castle even thought I can still go through into it and that’s why the king’s dialog isn’t triggering?
By delete I put a lot of my gear in a container and it disappeared 🤦♂️
That will happen if a container has no permanent storage. If that is a problem--not having the papers--you need to go to an earlier save file.
The black witch does not give any quest.
