Mole that plagues St. Hilda’s garden

I am struggling to find the mole and the garden outside St. Hilda’s Abbey. I trawled the area through day and night but without success.

Please can you offer advice on this?

    The mole is in the hole. The hole is always visible. There's a hole with a ladder.

    Stand outside the door to St. Hilda's. Walk seven paces north. walk three paces west. Turn north. You can't miss it.

    He's behind a wooden gate in the far north of the hole. You need the Little Key. You get that from the Gentle Goblin there.
